Bio:
An Indo-Canadian from the cacophonic razzle-dazzle city of Mumbai, Shobha uprooted herself from her home soil when a Canadian slipped a circle of gold on her ring finger. Though the rhythm of the capital city Ottawa was no comparison to the highly vibrant frenetic life of her birth city, she explored and absorbed the shades of life and the transient seasons so typical of Canada. Her innate need to travel, write and do photography and video surfaced. And so from her experiences in the mountains of the Himalayas and the backwaters of Kerala, she journeyed in Canada, the United States and recently to Trinidad and Tobago. She combines writing, photography and video - her core passions.
